Paint NET 4 0 21 Final Portable Plugins

Paint.NET is a simple yet powerful and convenient graphics editor. It is positioned as an excellent replacement for the standard MS Paint from the Windows delivery. Supported formats: BMP, IPEG, PNG, TIF, GIF, TGA and own PDN format. After downloading the application to cwer.ws, you get the following options: working with layers, applying effects, working with the scanner and camera, red eye correction, scaling from 1% to 3200%.
Key Features:
- Simple intuitive interface. All features and interface elements were designed with the expectation that the user immediately started working.
- Layers. As a rule, only expensive paid programs for working with images are able to work with layers. Paint.NET provides this opportunity for free.
- Powerful tools. Paint.NET has powerful yet simple tools for working with vector graphics, highlighting (magic wand), cloning images, as well as a simple text editor, tools for scaling (from 1% to 3200%) and color replacement.
- Unlimited history. To correct possible mistakes made during the editing of photos or drawings in the program Paint.NET provides a function of history. Each of your actions can be deleted and then resumed again. A long history is limited only by the available disk space.
- Special effects. Paint.NET contains many special effects to improve the image. In addition to the standard, familiar to us on similar paid programs, there is also a unique effect - 3D rotation. As usual there are also such irreplaceable functions as image brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, etc.
